This forum will be exploring NHS Resolution’s recently published thematic review “Diabetes & Lower Limb Complications - a thematic review of clinical negligence claims” a copy of which can be found here.
We will be looking at the review process, what learning was identified and the impact hoped to be achieved from the recommendations both in terms of day to day practice and claims.
