Conducting investigations and hearings in a virtual world
Capsticks HR Advisory Service provides outsourced and consultancy based services to clients, dealing with ER matters amongst others under the umbrella of a leading law firm in the public and health and social care sector.
Since lockdown in March, Capsticks HRA have carried out around 70 investigations and conducted over 20 hearings virtually for various clients across sectors including healthcare, social care and housing. An approach supported in the majority of cases by employees and their representatives who simply want to get back to concentrating on their job.
This webinar is intended to share with you our learning during this time and pass on top tips for making sure the process runs as smoothly as possible for the benefit of the employer and employee. We will deal with the tricky issues we have encountered and any legal issues that have arisen.
The session is aimed at all levels of HR practitioners or managers with responsibility for ER matters within their organisation and over this lunch time session, Claire Shaw, Head of HRA, Lana Walsh, HRA Service Manager and Gemma Taylor, Professional Support Lawyer will be sharing their new found knowledge and experience of managing ER in these virtual times!
The session is intended to last for 40-45 minutes with 15 minutes available for delegate’s questions to the presenters on this topic.
