In conversation: The ICS workforce
Join us for our webinar on 10 November where our experts Employment Law Partner, Sian Bond and Peter Edwards (Partner) who leads Capsticks work in ICSs will be joined by Maureen French (Head of HR Transition) and Lorissa Page (Workforce and OD Programme Director) from NHS South West London CCG to discuss working to achieve one workforce across the Integrated Care System (ICS).
Tailored for ICS leads in CCGs, NHS Trusts and FTs; Chief People Officers, and Directors of Corporate Affairs, HR and Governance Leads; the session will explore:
- Talent retention – executives, governing body members and clinical leads not covered by the employment commitment
- Transfer of staff from CCGs to ICBs including due diligence and governance issues
- Effective workforce sharing between members of the ICS
