Inquests update: Nosocomial inquests and prevention of future death reports
Join us on 23 September for our first webinar in a series looking at inquests related to nosocomial infections and themes emerging from Prevention of Future Death (PFD) reports, and responses over the last 12 months.
Capsticks’ Clinical Law Partner, Georgia Ford will be joined by Lucy Houston (Solicitor) and Anita Rao (Barrister).
The session will address preparation for and giving evidence at inquests relating to deaths from nosocomial infections. We’ll also review PFD reports that are of interest, including addressing problems that have arisen for the NHS as a result of the pandemic, with a view to anticipating areas of concern.
Attendees will be treated to an engaging and lively discussion from our speakers and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
