  • Guidance on applying the System Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety (SEIPS) Model with reference to a recent Neonatal Jaundice case story
  • Reflections on perinatal practices in the assessment of jaundice in Black, Asian and ethnic minority babies
  • Recommendations for change
