Planning Roundtable
Following 2021's high profile ruling in the case of Stonewater (2) Limited v Wealden District Council, our planning experts Suzanne Smith and Jennifer Eng are delighted to host an in-person roundtable discussion at our Wimbledon office on Thursday, 9 February 2023 at 11.00am.
We are keen to explore whether the impacts we considered at our virtual roundtable in 2021 have been realised, in particular we aim to discuss:
- how the ruling has affected the sector, particularly with regard to CIL relief, s106 agreements, additionally and grant funding
- potential solutions that have been found
- any other impacts
