Join our Housing Partners on Tuesday 12 March 2024 for a detailed session looking at the changing landscape of consumer regulation and the new consumer standards in social housing.
In anticipation of the final proposals being announced, Darren Hooker, Head of Governance, Paul Lloyd, Housing Partner and Andrew Latham, Public Law Partner, will look at the future of consumer regulation with a detailed look at the final proposals for the new consumer standards. The speakers will explore:
- The outcomes of recent consumer inspection pilots
- The Regulator’s stated expectations
- How tenant engagement should be structured
