This session will:
- will focus on the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) which was published in August of this year. This framework, which replaces the Serious Incident Framework, provides guidance on how NHS organisations respond to patient safety incidents;
- examine PSIRF and Inquests; and
- provide practical tips and case studies on how best to get to grips with the the new framework.
This webinar will be of interest to those including acute, ambulance, mental health, and community healthcare providers as well as maternity and all specialised services.
