As part of the Independent Review of the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA), service users and carers of those who have been detained under the MHA are invited to complete surveys to share their views. The surveys can be completed online or by post and the deadline for submissions is Wednesday 28 February. This part of the review is vital to ensure the perspective of those affected by the MHA can be taken into account so please encourage participation by those affected.
