The headlines, as usual, don't tell the whole story.  RPs and equity providers are working together to ensure that accommodation can be delivered to some of the most vulnerable members of our society: accommodation that is desperately needed.  

It is incumbent on our sector to find and support a way to develop/adapt high quality homes for individuals with needs.  It is time for us all to do our part and find a sustainable model.  We are working on this with clients, and please contact us if you would like to explore this further.
