Locums - publication of high cost details?

The proposed Department of Health Annual Group Accounts manual 2018/19 (which applies to NHS bodies) includes a potential requirement to publish costs, by accruals and identified by name, for locum staff.

The threshold is set at £142,500 - the Prime Minister's pay. Consultation closes on 23 February 2018, via the link below. High rates of pay are a frequent topic for FOI requests and so we can expect some interest in this area.
