The long-awaited Health and Care Bill was published on 6 July 2021. It’s a wide ranging document that runs to 232 pages and has already generated much coverage in the media. At a time when many of our clients are still dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, the ongoing roll-out of the vaccination programme and the restoration of NHS services, we will be issuing a series of “bite sized” updates on those aspects of the Bill that are likely to have most practical impact on your day-to-day work.
