Experience
Adam is an Associate Barrister in the Regulatory Team. He is a highly experienced advocate. He completed pupillage in chambers at the Criminal Bar, before moving to the Nursing and Midwifery Council, then the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Adam has worked on a variety of fitness to practise proceedings relating to both healthcare professionals and financial services and has regularly appeared before tribunals and the High Court.
Expertise
Adam has significant experience in advising on, preparing, and presenting professional disciplinary cases. This has included cases involving high profile and client sensitive issues, such as money laundering, fraud, abuse of vulnerable patients, and sexual misconduct.
As an advocate, Adam has represented regulators in interim and substantive orders before disciplinary tribunals and interim order applications and appeals before the High Court.
