Ahmed is a Senior Associate in our Housing Development team in London. He specialises in advising providers of social housing on matters relating to acquisition, development (both pre- and post-planning), and estate regeneration
Expertise
Ahmed has particular expertise in handling development transactions at all stages, including regeneration projects and land-led schemes. His practical knowledge spans across conditional contracts, option agreements, planning agreements, golden brick and turnkey transactions.
Prior to joining the development team, Ahmed gained valuable experience in plot sales and asset management, which informs his commercially focused advice and transactional efficiency.
