Experience and Expertise
Alessandra is a Principal Associate in our Housing and Regeneration team.
She focuses her practice on real estate transactional work within the specialised supported housing (SSH), residential care, and education sectors.
She regularly advises private developers, investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and housing associations in relation to property development, landlord and tenant, and investment transactions, including the property elements of financing and secured lending.
Notable projects
- Designing and implementing the Capsticks Housing Diploma.
- Advising a developer as project lead on the property aspects of a £100m facility and joint venture with an investment fund in the healthcare sector, and its ongoing deployment.
- Advising a landlord fund as project lead on the assignment of a portfolio of thirty leases together with the grant of new leases.
- Secondment to an investment manager to assist with the set-up of a forward fund focusing on the specialised supported housing (SSH) sector.
