Senior Associate
Alexandra is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks. Alexandra joined Capsticks from an international law firm where she gained experience in a broad range of areas which included acting for a corporate banks on a number of multi million pound refinances, providing corporate support on acquisitions, acting for both landlord and tenant in lease negotiations.
Alexandra now deals with a variety of work for NHS Trusts in all aspects of their real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and general due diligence and negotiation of non-documented tenancies.

- Advising healthcare investors acquiring health centres with subsequent lease backs to GPs.
