Experience
Amy is a Senior Associate in the claims team and deals with clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts on behalf of NHS Resolution. Amy also handles inquests for NHS Trusts. Amy manages a wide-ranging case load of both pre-action and litigated cases, including high value birth injury claims, spinal injury, delayed diagnosis, and fatal claims.
Amy has experience representing clients at both mediations and settlement meetings.
