Experience
Charlie is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team.
Before becoming a Trainee, Charlie spent two years at the firm as a Paralegal in Housing Development.
During this time, Charlie was involved in a number of areas of law. Whilst these typically bear a commercial focus, Charlie also has wider expertise in matters of Construction, Public Procurement, and Social Housing projects.
During his training contract, Charlie has worked closely with solicitors within the Housing Development, Corporate and Commercial as well as Regulatory law.
Charlie is currently in the Corporate and Commercial team acting for various NHS Trusts as well as public sector housing clients in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements.
