Experience
Claire is an experienced HR Generalist, with more than 20 years’ experience gained in a variety of HR roles in the public and private sector. Before working for Capsticks she was an HR Administration Supervisor delivering a centralised HR Shared Service function. Claire focusses on KPI performance and is used to achieving conflicting deadlines within multi stranded processes.
Claire is client focussed and has built strong relationships which have been recognised to improve the employee experience.
Expertise
Claire’s role as HR Assistant is to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the HR Advisory Team. This involves managing conflicting deadlines and multiple priorities whilst liaising with all stakeholders.
Claire has excellent note taking skills and is efficient in providing these to attendees.

- Claire has recently improved the Hearing KPI for a large NHS client by 21%.
