Diandra Bennett

Diandra is an Associate in the claims department.
Diandra joined Capsticks in 2019 as a paralegal in the London office. She worked within the clinical law team handling an independent caseload and supporting fee-earners with a wide range of clinical negligence claims, including group actions. Diandra has also worked closely with in-house legal teams on secondment, providing support with the management of their claims and governance matters. On completion of her training contract, Diandra qualified into the claims insurance team and now supports insurers with the handling of their public liability claims.
Diandra deals with a range of claims from clinical negligence claims to personal injury and cosmetic claims and is familiar with all aspects of litigation, including negotiating costs.
