Experience
Emily trained at Capsticks from September 2016. Following seven months of training in the Employment department from September 2017, Emily qualified into the department in April 2018 and is now a Senior Associate.
Expertise
Emily has experience in running Tribunal claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract for healthcare and public sector clients. Emily also has experience in representing clients at case management preliminary hearings.
Emily can also advise on litigious matters pre-claim and managing all aspects of employee/employer relations. She is also happy to advise clients in other employment-related enquiries including TUPE matters and assist in the drafting of settlement agreements and COT3s.
Emily delivers training on investigations and recent employment case law updates.
