Experience
Eyong is a senior HR professional with over 18 years’ HR experience. Eyong has worked in a number of leading London NHS Trusts and is particularly familiar with the HR related issues affecting the healthcare sector.
Expertise
Eyong is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Her qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, an Advanced Level Award in Organisational Design and Development and a Graduate Diploma in Law.
Her experience is wide ranging, having dealt with everything from large scale organisational change projects, developing and implementing HR strategy, leading teams to managing individual performance
Clients seek Eyong out for her sound knowledge base and ability to work on a diverse range of HR issues, including MHPS. Eyong has been commissioned to conduct large-scale reviews of culture in an estates and facilities division, a theatres and anaesthetics team; and a procurement department, along with other team reviews.
Eyong is regularly sought-out to undertake complex investigations involving protected-characteristic(s) based discrimination with wide ranging participants; whistleblowing; and bullying and harassment.
Presenting investigation findings to internal panels, at any stage, is also a process with which Eyong is fully adept.
