Experience
Flora is an Associate within the Regulatory team at Capsticks.
Flora qualified as a Solicitor and joined Capsticks in September 2023 having completed her training contract in house with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Flora has a range of experience advising clients and preparing cases to be heard before both Fitness to Practise and Registration panels. Flora also has experience assisting with appeals in the High Court and preparing cases to be heard in the Magistrate’s Court.
Expertise
Flora regularly works with the GDC and Health and Care Professions Council to prepare matters to be heard before their Fitness to Practise panels involving misconduct, dishonesty, conviction, clinical competency, and fraudulent claiming. Flora also deals with Interim Order reviews and High Court extensions.
