Experience
Georgia is a Solicitor –Advocate with over eleven years of experience in the legal field working across healthcare, regulatory and professional discipline law specialising in inquests and mental capacity law.
Before joining Capsticks, Georgia worked at Hill Dickinson LLP and more recently as the Head of Legal Services at a major London NHS Trust, where she managed the Legal Services team and represented the Trust in complex and high-profile legal matters, as well as advising senior management and the board on strategic, regulatory, and governance issues.
Expertise
Georgia has particular experience of complex inquest matters (including Article 2 matters, with and without a jury). She also manages Court of Protection cases and healthcare advisory queries from clients, including NHS Trusts, ICBs and private healthcare providers.
