Harriet is an Associate in the Claims department.
Harriet joined Capsticks in June 2021 as a paralegal in the London Claims team where she later completed her training contract. Harriet qualified into the Claims team as a solicitor in December 2024.
Harriet has experience dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence claims varying from low to high value. Harriet has experience with assisting the Capsticks Claims Handling Service where she supported multiple Trusts with their claims portfolio. Harriet has also provided support to the NHS Resolution on secondment.
