Holly is an experienced generalist HR practitioner currently specialising in Employee Relations. Before working for Capsticks, Holly worked across a number of NHS Foundation Trusts in HR roles, as part of the NHS Graduate Management Scheme.
Expertise
Holly’s role involves supporting HR Advisors to deliver high volume employee relations case work by undertaking and supporting with the high volume administration linked to all manner of workplace investigations and hearings, in line with the client KPI’s.

CSR activity
Holly regularly commits to personal challenges and fundraisers to raise money for charity. Holly also volunteered on the wards in an acute NHS Foundation Trust during COVID-19.
