James is an Associate in our Housing and Regeneration team and acts for Registered Providers and private developers upon a wide range of development and regeneration matters. James joined the firm in August 2019 as a paralegal and completed his training contract with the firm in 2023.
Expertise
James assists the team acting on behalf of Registered Providers on development schemes, including golden brick and turnkey transactions. James also has experience in asset management (including Shared Ownership resales, Staircasing, lease extensions and Right to Buy/Acquire), plot sales and commercial property transactions (landlord and tenant).
