Experience
Jennie is an experienced HR practitioner specialising in Employee Relations and complex investigations. Jennie’s 18 years’ experience has mainly been gained from working for and with NHS organisations.
Expertise
Jennie’s role as HR Consultant is to conduct and present thorough investigations involving senior individuals in respect of serious misconduct, criminal offences, whistleblowing and bullying and harassment matters.
Jennie
also undertakes placements for clients as a senior member of internal NHS HR
staff and is an experienced people manager of ER teams. Jennie is very
experienced with interpreting NHS terms and conditions and advising on
contractual matters as well as reviewing and quality assuring employee
relations case work.
Notable projects
- Jennie has conducted a number of investigations into sexual harassment, sexual assault and other criminal offences, for a large NHS Trust in the North of England.
- Jennie led the outsourced Employee Relations service for a large NHS Trust for 3 years and supported the Medical Director with the full medical HR caseload, significantly improving the processes in place and the speed of conclusion of cases.
- Jennie completed a 12 month placement for an NHS Trust in the Midlands acting as a senior member of their HR function, managing their HR team and casework and advising on urgent workforce planning matters during the pandemic.
