Experience
Jenny is a qualified and experienced practitioner having worked in a variety of industries within the private and public sector since commencing her HR career in 2008.
Jenny has experience of managing the full employee lifecycle, with significant expertise in ER where she has undertaken numerous and complex disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment and MHPS investigations. In addition, she has experience of supporting internal panels at Hearing and Appeal, has supported complex organisational transformation and led on employee engagement projects.

Jenny has a clear, confident and empathetic communication style, with strong interpersonal skills, which enable her to build meaningful relationships with a variety of clients and colleagues alike.
Notable projects
In November 2019, Jenny completed an assignment within the HR Team at a large NHS body for over 18 months managing casework, and has also more recently been based within a NHS Mental Health Trust where she led on a number of complex conduct and grievance investigations, providing challenge and rigour to the process. As well as managing grievance and conduct investigations for several NHS Trusts throughout England, she has worked with some of our client’s HR teams to design and produce suites of policies and toolkits in line with best practice.
CSR Activity
Jenny is part of a charitable group in her village which is dedicated to improving the local park and surrounding areas.
