Experience
Jessica is a Principal Associate in the Employment and Pensions Department at Capsticks London office, who specialises in handling employment matters for healthcare and public sector clients, including police clients.
Jessica advises on a broad range of employment law issues, contentious and non-contentious including discrimination, whistleblowing unfair/constructive dismissal and breach of contract as well as day-to-day HR issues, such as performance management, grievance and disciplinary procedures and queries in relation to employment contracts.
Jessica has a strong record of successfully defending claims at Employment Tribunals, and conducts advocacy at Preliminary Hearings.
Jessica also advises on the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements and COT3s from junior to executive level, and also assists senior lawyers with complex doctor cases under the national framework, Maintaining High Professional Standards in the Modern NHS.
Jessica regularly delivers training sessions to managers, HR professionals and organisations on a range of employment law issues.
