Jojo is an Associate within the Regulatory team at Capsticks.
Jojo joined Capsticks in 2018 as a Paralegal in the Regulatory team and has since completed her period of recognised training with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in December 2022.
Expertise
Jojo has conducted fitness to practise (FTP) investigations and prepared cases for FTP and professional discipline hearings for the General Optical Council, General Dental Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council and Teaching Regulation Agency.
In working for a variety of healthcare and non-healthcare regulators, Jojo is experienced in assisting with cases involving multi-registrants, sexual misconduct, clinical competency, fraudulent claiming and dishonesty. She is also experienced in assisting vulnerable witnesses in sensitive cases, drafting complex witness statements, instructing experts and preparing cases for interim order reviews, High Court applications and substantive FTP hearings.
