Experience
Jonathan worked in homeless day centres for over 11 years and managed a supported housing team for vulnerable tenants. He then qualified as a solicitor and has worked in a busy legal aid practice for the last 17 years representing tenants in a wide range of landlord and tenant issues, heading up the housing team for several years.
Expertise
Jonathan has a wealth of experience in possession proceedings, injunctions, committals, claims for trespass, unlawful evictions and disrepairs claims. He has regularly acted for clients who lacked capacity and also undertook a wide range of homeless work including statutory appeals and judicial review.
