Experience
Jonathan is a Partner in the Clinical Law team. He represents NHS Resolution in claims brought against NHS Trusts and advises on a wide range of clinical negligence claims, including high value and complex claims.
Prior to joining Capsticks LLP in November 2013, Jonathan spent four years working for a leading claimant firm acting on behalf of claimants in clinical negligence and high value catastrophic personal injury claims.
Jonathan lectures on the Capsticks Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management in London.

Jonathan specialises in all areas of clinical negligence, including high value neurological claims involving obstetric and spinal injuries.
