Experience
Laura initially joined the professional regulatory division at Capsticks as a paralegal in 2018. She completed her training contract at another top 100 law firm before returning to the division as an associate in September 2022.
Laura has conducted fitness to practise investigations for a number of regulators, including the Health and Care Professions Council and Social Work England. She has also completed secondments with the HCPC’s fitness to practise investigations team and the General Chiropractic Council.
Expertise
Laura is experienced at investigating and preparing fitness to practise cases for health and social care regulators, including matters involving complex allegations around competency and misconduct.
