Experience
Lyndsey has over 10 years’ post-qualification experience in professional regulation and civil litigation. Lyndsey having worked in-house for the General Medical Council and also in private practice, Lyndsey currently provides advice and representation for Capsticks’ regulatory clients, but in particular the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Lyndsey has also completed a one year secondment as a senior legal adviser at the SRA.
Expertise
Lyndsey is a Senior Associate in Capsticks regulatory team and has expertise in managing and reviewing large investigations. Lyndsey specialises in regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings, having acted and advised upon cases including sexual misconduct, dishonesty and lack of integrity. Lyndsey also acts for regulatory clients in litigation matters, for example defending challenges against decisions made by regulators.

Advising on a large scale legal aid fraud case on behalf of the SRA against several Respondents.
