Maddie is a Senior Associate in the employment and pensions team, advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues for a range of public sector and healthcare clients.
Expertise
Maddie has experience in a number of contentious matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She also has experience in providing non-contentious support to clients, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, investigations, drafting contracts for both employed and self-employed individuals and settlement agreements.
CSR activity
Maddie is an active member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives such as volunteering activities with the firms Ahead Partnership project, to support school children in helping them find a career.
