Experience
Manisha is an Associate within the regulatory team at Capsticks. She has extensive experience in working with several healthcare and non-healthcare regulatory bodies, including NMC, GDC, GOC, GPhC and RICS.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Manisha worked in-house within the regulatory department at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors where she provided strategic case advice to a team of investigators, delivered in-house training to staff and external training to professional members, and was involved with a number of key projects including implementation of the new rules of conduct.
Expertise
Manisha has varied experience in the field of professional regulation, including managing vulnerable witnesses, managing hearings and drafting panel determinations, investigation and oversight of high profile and complex cases, and preparing cases before a range of regulatory tribunals.
