Puja has had 15 years’ experience in advising healthcare professionals on non-contentious primary care work. Having trained and worked at specialist healthcare law firms, her main focus is advising healthcare professionals practising in partnership on their commercial and regulatory needs.
Expertise
Puja’s main areas of expertise are advising GP and dental clients on partnership deeds and declarations of trust, new GP partnership formations and GP mergers, GP practice takeovers, advising on the sale and purchase of dental practices, advising on and drafting dental expense sharing agreements, and general practice advice to GPs and dentists.
