Rebecca Richardson

Rebecca is a Partner in the claims department specialising in defendant clinical negligence claims. She manages a wide ranging caseload across many medical specialties for the NHS Litigation Authority, including neurology, cardiology, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry and general surgery.
Rebecca joined Capsticks in September 2011 having previously completed a one year scholarship studying Bioethics at Santa Clara University in California. She qualified into the Clinical Law department in September 2013.
