Rita is a Principal associate in our Housing Development team and specialises in acting on behalf of Registered Providers and private developers to advise on matters of acquisition, development, regeneration projects and commercial property matters.
Rita has experience in conditional contracts, option agreements, golden brick and turnkey transactions and other commercial property matters including asset disposal and title appraisal.
Rita has experience in dealing with development transactions at all stages including: pre planning, with planning and completed units. Rita also has experience in dealing with asset management transactions and residential acquisitions and disposals.
Acting on behalf of a Registered Provider in the acquisition and development of a scheme to construct 104 units for over £32 million. The scheme was under contract within 5 weeks of agreed Heads of Terms.
Acting on behalf of a Registered Provider in the acquisition and development of a scheme to construct 70 units for over £12 million.
