Sonali Flouch
Principal Associate
Sonali is a Principal Associate in the employment and pensions team, and advises NHS and healthcare clients on all aspects of employment law.
Sonali has experience in guiding clients through the employment tribunal process, dealing with claims ranging from unfair dismissal to more complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims. She also advises clients on day to day management of employment issues such as sickness, disciplinary issues and settlement agreements.
