Experience
Stuart is a Senior Associate in the Clinical Law team. He represents NHS Resolution in claims brought against NHS Trusts, General Practitioners and GP practices and advises on a wide range of clinical negligence claims, including high value and complex claims.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Stuart has worked at other leading Defendant clinical negligence panel firms in London and also as an in-house solicitor at a Medical Defence Organisation. Stuart has experience of acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, Hospital Trusts, GP practices, Medical Defence Organisations, individual clinicians, insurers and insureds in defending clinical negligence claims.
Expertise
Stuart specialises in all areas of clinical negligence, including a broad range of high value and complex claims. These include claims involving brain injury, spinal injury and amputations.
