Sukhbir is an Associate within the Real Estate Team. Sukhbir joined Capsticks from a national law firm where she gained experience acting for landowners, retail and commercial clients.
Sukhbir now deals with various matter relating to real estate transactions on behalf of NHS Trusts, GP practices, social housing providers and local authorities and other healthcare clients.
Sukhbir has assisted on matters including the acquisition of land, sale transactions, development, landlord and tenant matters and refinancing transactions.
