Experience
Suri is a senior HR Practitioner and trained workplace mediator with extensive experience across a diverse range of areas of Human Resources Management.
Suri’s knowledge and experience spans both the private and public sector. She has investigated complex HR and MHPS cases, undertaken sensitive and challenging Cultural and Departmental Reviews and advised on and managed Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection and Organisational Change.
Expertise
Suri’s experience in working with public sector clients includes the NHS, CCGs, Local Authorities and Fire and Rescue Services. Clients often request Suri to undertake complex investigations, including MHPS, disciplinary, bullying and harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblowing cases.
Additionally Suri has worked with many clients who request that she provide them with long-term, senior level, HR consultancy support. This work often includes undertaking multi-stranded, high-profile investigations and cultural reviews, project and policy work and management of their teams.
Notable projects
Suri most recently provided full time Employee Relations expertise at a senior level to a large London NHS Trust seeking support to manage its most complex, long standing and contentious HR cases. This included both advising on and investigating cases. Suri has provided similar long term support to a large Ambulance Trust.
