Experience
Suri is a Certified Business Psychologist and a senior HR Practitioner with more than 16 years’ experience within a diverse range of areas in HR.
She has considerable experience within the private and public sector, having dealt with and managed Recruitment & Selection, HR Admin functions, Organisational Change and Restructures as well as Employee Relations, including the provision of guidance and strategic support on complex cases.
Expertise
Suri has worked across a variety of sectors, including the NHS, CCGs and Fire and Rescue Services. She has also worked for a large and diverse Local Authority in London, where she specialised in the support of their Housing and Culture services. Clients often request Suri to undertake complex and multi-stranded investigations for them, including MHPS, bullying and harassment and discrimination cases, and claims of whistleblowing.
Notable projects
- Suri most recently provided senior level consultancy support at a large NHS Trust, by undertaking complex investigations and departmental reviews, involving allegations of bullying and harassment and discrimination.
