Tim is an Associate within the Housing Management department. He has been with Capsticks since December 2019 and has built up experience in a wide range of areas of housing management matters.
Expertise
Tim advises Social Housing landlords on all aspects of day-to-day housing management duties. He has expertise in the drafting and preparation of applications for breach of tenancy injunction orders, Anti-social behaviour injunction orders and possession.
Tim also has experience in dealing with breaches of injunction and contempt of court proceedings.
