Victoria Bashir
Principal Associate
Victoria is a Principal Associate in the employment and pensions team, who specialises in handling employment litigation for a range of healthcare and public sector clients and providing advice on all aspects of employment law.
Victoria has had conduct of a range of cases in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court, including injunctive proceedings. She has also assisted with cases in the Court of Appeal.
For the last four years, Victoria has undertaken a regular secondment at one of the firm’s clients, working closely with the HR team across five sites.
Notable projects
- Acting for public sector client in respect of injunctive proceedings brought by an employee in the High Court.
- Handling and successfully defending a variety of multi-day discrimination, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims in the Employment Tribunal.
- Advising on and handling four reported EAT and Court of Appeal cases.
