Experience
William is an Associate in the Real Estate department in our Leeds office. William joined Capsticks from a large national law firm where he gained experience acting for developers, charities, education providers and landowners as well as retail and industrial clients.
Expertise
William’s experience covers a broad range of property and clients and includes development, landlord and tenant, asset management, corporate support and refinancing transactions as well as acquisitions and disposals. His recent work includes leases and acquisitions/disposals for registered charities, assisting with school conversions for Multi Academy Trusts and large development projects.
