Zoe is an Associate in the Claims Department in the Birmingham Office. She is instructed to handle claims for clinical negligence brought against NHS Trusts and General Practitioners on behalf of NHS Resolution.

Prior to starting at Capsticks, Zoe worked in various areas of Civil Litigation including Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
Zoe has experience dealing with a variety of clinical negligence and personal injury cases including carrying out pre-action and litigated work of varying values.
