Capsticks celebrates two new partners in the housing and clinical claims teams
10/11/21At Capsticks, we develop talent at all levels and recognise exceptional work across the firm. Following on from 82 promotions earlier this year, two of our associates became partners this month:
- Suzanne Smith, Housing and Regeneration, Winchester
- Dominic Ip, Clinical law – Claims, Leeds
Suzanne leads on our specialist planning law advice and handles significant matters during residential and commercial development projects. Suzanne’s role will be to develop client relationships and our market reach across the housing, healthcare and local authority sectors.
Dominic Ip, clinical claims specialist, will take on a team management role in the Leeds office and play a key part in resolving clinical negligence cases for clients for NHS Resolution and local NHS Trusts alongside partner Philip Hatherall.
Martin Hamilton, Managing Partner, commented: “Thank you to Suzanne and Dominic for all their hard work and extraordinary achievements, both in terms of high service levels and building relationships with our clients. They have taken on great responsibilities for their individual teams and helped them go from strength to strength. We wish them all the best for the next step in their careers and will continue to support them as best as we can.”
2021 marks a record year for Capsticks and each of our promotions recognises the individual contributions made so we can be the advisors clients want by their side.
