Capsticks continues investing in talent development with 34 promotions

Capsticks is kicking off the 2023/24 financial year with a record number of promotions. A total of 34 promotions across legal and business services have been announced, with one Equity Partner, three Salaried Partners, seven Legal Directors, 16 Principal Associates, one Business Services Director and six across Central Business Services.

From 1 May 2023, Henry Matveieff, currently Salaried Partner in Real Estate Birmingham and Head of Capsticks’ Birmingham office, will join the Equity Partner (business owner) group. Henry’s promotion recognises his significant achievements in developing NHS real estate work in the Midlands. Henry will also be leading the firm’s strategy to strengthen our presence in Birmingham.

In Business Services, Jude Cragg, has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. Jude has been the firm’s Head of Human Resources since 2020, and as the new Director of Human Resources will be responsible for providing outstanding HR partnering for the business.
